The service aims to provide a rigorous and supportive training environment that prepares trainees for the challenges and responsibilities of being a therapist.
Our Story
Before Confide, we saw firsthand the toll that mental health was taking on individuals and communities – the silent battles fought, the cries for help that often went unheard. We saw individuals struggling to remain anonymous since their friends and family were not accepting of mental health support. And then there were those who were seeking support but failed to find therapists that fit their preference. On the other hand, a significant number denied any form of support due to a lack of understanding of psychological problems.
Keeping this in view, we were motivated to create a platform that first helps the general public recognize the need for therapy and then get therapy as they please, regardless of geographical location, financial circumstances, or societal barriers.
Today our platform does not only connect individuals with qualified therapists but also fosters a supportive community where individuals can share their stories, find solace in shared experiences, and offer support to others.

Core Values
Ethical Conduct
Ethical conduct is the foundation of a just and harmonious society. It encompasses the principles of honesty, integrity, fairness, and respect for others. Engaging in ethical conduct means making choices and taking actions that align with moral values and social norms. It involves treating others with compassion and empathy, upholding the rights and dignity of individuals, and being accountable for one’s actions. Ethical conduct promotes trust, fosters positive relationships, and contributes to the overall well-being of individuals and communities. By adhering to ethical standards, we create an environment that encourages collaboration, fairness, and the pursuit of the greater good.
Client-Centered Approach
The client-centered approach is a guiding principle in various fields, such as therapy, counseling, and customer service. At its core, this approach prioritizes the client’s needs, preferences, and autonomy. It emphasizes the belief that individuals are the experts in their own lives and have the capacity to make choices that are best suited to their unique circumstances. In a client-centered approach, the professional or service provider actively listens to the client, shows empathy, and respects their perspective. The focus is on building a collaborative and trusting relationship, where the client feels heard, understood, and supported. By placing the client at the center of the process, this approach empowers them to actively participate in decision-making and find their own solutions, ultimately leading to more positive outcomes and personal growth.
Evidence-Based Practice
Evidence-based practice is a systematic approach that integrates the best available research evidence with clinical expertise and the values and preferences of the individual receiving care. It involves using scientific research findings to inform and guide decision-making in various professional fields, such as healthcare, psychology, education, and social work. By relying on evidence, practitioners can ensure that their interventions, treatments, or strategies are grounded in solid empirical support and have a higher likelihood of being effective. Evidence-based practice encourages critical thinking, continuous learning, and the application of up-to-date knowledge to improve outcomes and enhance the quality of services provided. It acknowledges that research evidence alone may not be sufficient and therefore takes into account the expertise and experiences of the practitioner as well as the unique needs and preferences of the individual or population being served.
