Our seminar on navigating challenging conversations at the workplace provided an opportunity for participants to roleplay crucial conversations between managers and employees at the workplace. The Psychologist then actively identified key issues effective solutions. This hands-on approach facilitated meaningful interactions and practical skill-building in managing complex workplace dialogues.
