- Establish a culture of open communication and regular feedback to prevent surprises and build trust.
- Take breaks every 2 hours for at least five minutes and do an activity that refreshes or relaxes you.
- Provide access to EAPs that offer confidential counseling and support for personal issues.
- Provide support and resources for employees who experience discrimination.
- Regularly assess employee workloads and make adjustments as needed.
- Promote work-life balance initiatives, such as flexible work arrangements and vacation time.
