In general, therapy sessions are initially scheduled on a weekly basis to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and address immediate concerns effectively. However, as progress is made and symptoms improve, sessions may be spaced out to biweekly or monthly intervals.

The process of scheduling an appointment with us is given below:
- Firstly, you’ll have to choose whether you are confiding as a person and want to take one-on-one therapy, whether you are confiding as a couple and want to take therapy with your spouse or partner or whether you are confiding as a company and want to take therapy with your staff or employees.
- Secondly, you’ll be required to fill out a form in which you’ll be asked about a few demographic questions, including age, gender, religion etc. And you’ll also be asked about your mental and physical health conditions.
- Afterwards, you’ll have two options; whether you want to opt for a therapist yourself or whether you would want us to match you with the right therapist. And furthermore, if you want us to match a therapist with you, you will have to specify if you have a preference for the therapist’s religion, gender, age and language.
- Then, a calendar will pop up in which you will have to choose the date, time and duration according to the availability of the therapist.
- Lastly, you’ll be required to make a payment for your scheduled appointment.
